Let's build what's missing.

Software that keeps being useful after it ships.

Most custom software is finished on the day it's delivered — and starts drifting away from the business the day after. Foundations are built the other way round.

What we build

Plugflo builds foundations: useful software shaped around a particular business, its objectives, and the work it wants to simplify. A foundation might be an application, a website with real business functions, or a system that handles a repetitive task. It starts with a conversation about the outcome you want, not a technical specification.

Every foundation ships with an AI assistant attached to it. The assistant can carry out the work the foundation was built to handle, and it has the context and development capability to help you change the software as your business changes. That second part is the point. You are not buying a snapshot of your business as it looked during the build.

How we work

We start with an intake conversation to understand the task, the tools you already use, and what a good result looks like. Plugflo then builds the first useful version, connects its assistant, and tests it against your real process — not a demo script. When it works, we hand it over with the access and documentation you need to run it.

We would rather deliver one genuinely useful thing than a roadmap. The first foundation should solve a problem you have this month. What it becomes after that is up to you.

Who owns what

Your hosting accounts and business data stay under your control. We work in your environment during the build and hand over the agreed solution, access, and documentation at the end of it. Model and service accounts sit under your control at handover, and their running costs are yours. Existing third-party software keeps its own licensing terms.

Ongoing access is part of an optional care arrangement — backups, monitoring, updates, and agreed support. Declining care does not switch anything off and does not remove your foundation's ability to keep being improved. It does mean maintenance becomes yours, or your chosen provider's. We would rather say that plainly than let it come as a surprise later.

Working with us again

Repeat business should come from a first foundation that actually worked, and from the next project worth doing — not from a dependency we designed in. If you want to extend what you have, your assistant can help. If the next problem needs its own foundation, we are glad to talk about it.
